[jira] Updated: (MNG-4394) Configure same proxy for multiple protocols

Bryan Brouckaert updated MNG-4394:
----------------------------------

    Attachment: MNG-4394.patch

Attached MNG-4394.patch: A simple implementation of this improvement (does what it should, but no checks)

I find it strange it was not in there from the beginning. It was very simple to do, I only had to adapt 1 method and change the 1 place where it was used. For the rest everything was already prepared.

Hopes it still makes 2.2.2 version.

> It seems that it's not possible to configure a proxy for more than one protocol.
> I would think that it's a very common requirement to use a proxy for both http and https.
> It would be great if this was possible.
