Related to the Enterprise application

Hi Kinga,

I am going through the Enterprise application. Following is my observation:

Whenever the request is coming to the ResourceAdmin service, it is creating
a new instance of the ResourceAdminHome class. I am assuming it to be a
singleton service.

Is not that for the first time, when a client is accessing Resource Admin
service, then only this Home class instance should be created and then
onwards, all the request should be handled by ResourceAdminHome class
instance which is created by first request.

Please correct me if my understanding is not correct.
