INSTALL doc

Hi,

The install instruction still instruct to set the classpath to -

$LOG4J_HOME/dist/lib/log4j-1.2.jar

instead of 

$LOG4J_HOME/dist/lib/log4j-1.2.7.jar

Which can cause problem to the first time users!
