Anyone with any insight to this issue, please share your thoughts. Netbeans works fine on my desktop.

> Netbeans was chugging along nicely and then when I installed an update from JAVA 8 to JAVA 11, the UI just STOPPED.
> I uninstalled and reinstalled 11.3, nothing
> I installed 12.1, nothing.
> The program launches with the splash screen, then it disappears. The Program is running below the active programs, but there's no UI.
> I need Netbeans back as I HATE VS Code.
