* doc update new tools documents
Weex-toolkit has integrated [weex-devtool](https://github.com/weexteam/weex-devtool) and [weexpack](https://github.com/weexteam/weex-pack) \u3002Now you could use weex-toolkit to debug , preview and build your weex project. And you can add platform and plugins by weex-toolkit .
The official website will show only one CLI tool documents for our developers after the updates.
Have a nice development experience by weex-toolkit \U0001f490\U0001f386.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/JackPu/incubator-weex doc-feature-add-toolkit
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
