Thanks for your comment, especially the comment about Xalan servlet
samples.  We are working on updating the document and providing more
support for server side stuff. To run the servlet samples, you do need to
add Xalan.jar, XercesImpl.jar and xml-apis.jar on the servlet engine class
path.
