removing enhancer.standalone and enhancer.clerezza

Hello all,

While moving Store interface from enhancer into contenthub, I am 
refactoring enhancer to remove its dependency to Store. I've moved 
InMemoryStore into contenthub, and saw that enhancer.standalone now only 
includes MainServlet. As far as I learned, it is not in use any more. 
Furthermore, I've moved ClerezzaStore, ClerezzaBlob and 
ClerezzaContentItem into contenthub. Then I realized that 
EnhancerHandler and EnhancerMetaDataGenerator in enhancer.clerezza are 
also not in use.

What I suggest is to totally remove enhancer.standalone and 
enhancer.clerezza bundles from enhancer. What do you think? I can submit 
a patch reflecting these changes if no objection comes.
