The SQL:
{code:java}
select sum(count(*)) over() from EMPLOYEE;
{code}
The Calcite generate the Oracle Dialect SQL is:
{code:java}
select sum(count(*)) over(RANGE BETWEEN UNBOUNDED PRECEDING AND UNBOUNDED FOLLOWING) from EMPLOYEE; {code}
Which throws exception in Oracle:
{code:java}
ORA-30485: missing ORDER BY expression in the window specification {code}
