Description:
Netbeans dosn't show any useful information if PHPDoc is missing. As PHP get more and more type safe, relying on the doc-block seems to be a bad choice.

In other IDEs you actually can se method declaration, paramters and return type, this could be very useful in Netbeans as well :)
