The issue with this bug, 33880, is that Apache wouldn't even let ASP.NET try 
to handle files that don't exist, for example request handler points. With the 
patch, all requests go through to ASP.NET regardless of whether the file 
exists or not. The fact that you received stack traces for your error meant 
this bug is not causing the issue.

Check your Web.config file. I don't think you've set up the MonoRail handlers 
properly.
