When running update stats for a tenant specific view that spans multiple regions such that one region(in my case the first region) is smaller than guidepost width, we always get estimateInfoTimestamp as null. If the client interprets null as lack of stats, it might retry issuing update stats however it would keep getting estimateInfoTimestamp as null.
