Unimplemented property and DOMAddLines

Hi,

I noticed that the DOMAddLines sample is commented out of the build.  It
seems that the property
http://apache.org/xml/properties/dom/current-element-node is no longer
supported.  Is this intentional?  I'm willing to try to figure out how
to put it back and update DOMAddLines -- and update it for DOM L3.
