I get no exception when building this:

.toD("file://" + outputDirectory + File.separator + "?fileExist=Append&charset=$(header.inputFileEncoding)");

The code only breaks when i try to write to the file due to NoSuchFileException. 

I would have expected to get a camel.FailedToCreateRouteException since the charset option is invalid
