[I] Rethink and onboard Camel K Tekton task version 2 [camel-k]

   ### Requirement
   
   We should upgrade the Tekton to the latest version 2. Also it would be good to take the opportunity and rework in order to leverage the `kamel run --image` or to think on a different approach where we expect the user to provide an Integration directly.
