Updates the dependencies of the `exasol` feature flag, to address #20105 which have been caused by a [bug](https://github.com/exasol/sqlalchemy-exasol/issues/136) in the [sqlalchemy-exasol](https://github.com/exasol/sqlalchemy-exasol) dependency.
