Binary for MAC OS X 10.2 and 10.3
Well, I answered my own question about binaries for Subversion for MAC OS
X 10.2 and 10.3.
It wasn't that hard to compile myself although I've so far got just a
client-only build. Later I'll expand it to file:// client and apache
server client also.
It is at the
http://summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/subversion/i386/subversion-latest/subversion-0.35.1/macosx
URL (not a very sane place at the moment, but that's where I put it for
now...I'll move it to a sane place later).
I did a simple https checkout and log and it seemed to work fine on both
MAC OS X 10.2 and 10.3 so I'm happy for the moment.

I've also built the svn-client-ssl package from Fink. It's in the
unstable tree, but seems to work fine for me. The only hiccup I
encountered was a broken ruby build (in unstable) en-route to the
dependencies being satisfied for the svn-client-ssl build. This was
with 10.3.
