JavaOne get together

Following the example if the Turbiners, would anyone be interested in
getting together at JavaOne?

There are a few options that come to mind - trying to get Jon to let us
into the Collab space if we ask 'real nice', maybe in conjunction with
the Turbine meeting, since there is quite a bit of overlap, or go out
for dinner, drinks, foosball, or any combination thereof....

I think that we can do that stuff in the city. Nothing good directly near
collabnet...

It would be a novelty for me to get to austrailia.  Lets meet at Midway
Island...

Please do.  I am sure Echelon will catch the following and flag me for
an tax audit for saying this -> then I can come to Australia for one of
your meetings, and deduct it as a business expense :)

Australia!

Pretty close.  You go north a little bit, turn right at the Phillipines,
and go ENE for a bit.  San Francisco will be a little past Hawaii on
