   ## Summary
   - Run the maven build container as the invoking user (`--user $(id -u):$(id -g)`) so build artifacts are not owned by root and the cleanup step does not fail with permission denied
   - Pin `npm ci` to the npmmirror registry in `web/Dockerfile` for environments where registry.npmjs.org is unreachable
   - Document the local maven wrapper image workaround and common failure modes in the deploy skill
   
   ## Test plan
   - [x] `./deploy/deploy.sh` completes on the test host (server + web images build, containers healthy)
