After looking at the camera plugin today and how it works with the browser target it seems that the camera plugin still uses the deprecated version of the api. While the old api is currently still supported along with the new version of the api in Chrome and Firefox, it is due to be removed asap, which would in turn break the current version of the camera plugin.
