   Are you referring to `tableQuotaCache`? Since `tableQuotaCache` could store the outdated tableName.
   
   If so, I think the outdated tableName will be removed the next time when the cache gets updated in this [function](https://github.com/apache/hbase/blob/master/hbase-server/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/quotas/QuotaCache.java#L302).
