Multiple XLS/XLSX file merge

I am looking for a solution available using POI to merge multiple XLS/XLSX
files. The XLS/XLSX files have charts, graphs, images etc., created for
reporting purposes.

Appreciate if any one has tried this functionality and succeeded.
