intake madding
Hi All,
Please help me for intake! I was read documentation and scarab intake.xml,
but when I want to use it, I've get an error above.
It seems to be intake is initialized, because there is a log message:
------------------------------------------------------
-- INFO -- Start Initializing service (early): IntakeService
...
-- INFO -- Finish Initializing service (early): IntakeService
...
-- INFO -- Instantiated tool class
org.apache.turbine.services.intake.IntakeTool to add to the context as
'$intake'
-- INFO -- Start Initializing service (late): IntakeService
-- INFO -- Finish Initializing service (late): IntakeService
-- ERROR -- Could not instantiate tool
org.apache.turbine.services.intake.IntakeTool to add to the context
Exception: org.apache.turbine.util.TurbineException: Instantiation
failed for org.apache.turbine.services.intake.IntakeTool
Stack Trace follows:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at
org.apache.turbine.services.intake.IntakeTool.<init>(IntakeTool.java:90)
------------------------------------------------------
So intake service is starting (early), but when it try to put an instantiated
intake to context (I think: late) its coming the error.
There are _no_ any intake reference in *.vm !
I was create a _very_ simple intake.xml:
------------------------------------------------------
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" standalone="no" ?>
<!DOCTYPE input-data SYSTEM
"http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/dtd/intake.dtd">
<input-data basePackage="com.zamek.">
</input-data>
------------------------------------------------------
but if I create any group inside input-data, it doesn' t changed.
Error message is very ineresting, because it is a nullpointerException in
_init_ phase! It doesn't try to load intake.xml yet!
I have only the cvs source not a correct tdk2.2. source, but the 90. line is:
StringBuffer allGroupsSB = new StringBuffer(256);
I think TurbineResources.properties is good, because service can loads.
What can I do to prevent my crazy?

thanks,
