ActiveMQ 5.4 Release
Hi guys,
I looks like the 5.4 release has been cooking for a while now.
Perhaps we should start looking to cut release candidates shortly? Is
anyone working something they want get into the 5.4 release? Anyone
want to step up to be the Release Manager? If one one steps up, I
don't mind doing it, but I think it's good to get as many folks
familiar /w the release process as possible.

Hadrian, last few patches applied and things are looking good with the
unit tests, time to call it.
I think we are good to go with a 5.4 release candidate. Over 260
issues resolved:

There are a few open issues with patches and tests that I want to
include and there are some intermittent failures on hudson[1] that
need investigation. Pending those, I think we should be good to cut a
release by the weekend.
