[jira] [Created] (CLOUDSTACK-7983) Create Disk/Service Offering for Domain Admin

Wei Zhou created CLOUDSTACK-7983:
------------------------------------

Summary: Create Disk/Service Offering for Domain Admin
                 Key: CLOUDSTACK-7983
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-7983
             Project: CloudStack
          Issue Type: Improvement
Security Level: Public (Anyone can view this level - this is the default.)
            Reporter: Wei Zhou
            Assignee: Wei Zhou

now the offerings can only be created by admin, it is better to allow the domain admins to create the offerings which can be used in the domain.
