We should update any metron-bro-plugin-kafka tests to use bro 2.5.5 and 2.6.  This will cause us to do some updates, such as to docker/in_docker_scripts/configure_bro_plugin.sh:41 (https://github.com/apache/metron-bro-plugin-kafka/pull/21#discussion_r246054868).
