votes are welcome and we encourage everyone to test the release, but
only Logging PMC votes are “officially” counted. As always, at least 3

I accidentally deleted the 1.0.0 artifacts from dist before waiting
for the mirrors to sync, but no big deal. I'd imagine most users are
downloading from Maven Central anyways. I'll commit the site and send
the release announcement tomorrow.
