    docs: align README badges (#276)
    
    - Align the README badges with the layout used by cordova-plugin-inappbrowser
    - Replace the npm image with badges for the latest npm release and Git development version. Update Node CI to link to its specific workflow and add the Release Audit badge, with both workflow badges scoped to master.
