[RESULT] [VOTE] Accept Android Client 2.0 (Fineract CN Mobile) into Apache Fineract

I will file the software grant agreement from the Mifos Initiative and
initiate the process to get the infrastructure in place and begin moving
the code into Apache Fineract.
