Bug in: URISupport::getURLStringFromString

Hi,

I asked some time ago for this problem, but now I found the function.

XalanDOMString
URISupport::getURLStringFromString(
			const XalanDOMString&	urlString,
			const XalanDOMString&	base)

When base is: http://localhost/
and urlString is: http://localhost/birds.xsl
the result is: http://localhost///localhost/birds.xsl

But it should be the same like urlString. Any ideas?
