Imagine a user who has 2 Products
1- Savings Account
2- Current Account

But the current account has different levels of services for example
Gold
Silver
Bronze 

for each Service level, there are a number of charges that must be attached to the account.
So at the moment, the user must have a list for each service level to read from so that they dont mess up their clients savings application

Also imagine a client who was once a silver level current account holder, he then wants to move into the Gold bracket, the user will have to remove some charges and then add some charges

These charges are predefined with certain conditions like number of free withdrawals in a month etc etc
