[PR] [MINOR] Fix Scala import ordering in the Bolt backend [gluten]

## What changes are proposed in this pull request?
Fix the ordering of `ExpressionUtils` imports in four Bolt backend Scala files that fail Spotless checks. This is a formatting-only change.
## How was this patch tested?
- With JDK 17, the following command reproduced the four violations before the change and passed afterward:
```bash
mvn -pl backends-bolt -Pspark-3.5,backends-bolt,java-17 spotless:check
```
- `make jar_spark35` passed with JDK 11, reusing existing native libraries and Maven dependencies (2m 19s). This target skips style checks and test execution.
- License header checks passed for all four changed files.
