re: server article (fwd)

Roy asked about using the list of URLs from the sunworld article
for Apache reference. The response was as follows. I suggest we
make a link to the article and if we want to use the URLs they list
then we can (despite the confusion below about copyright).. they
can't copyright someone else's URL :-)
