[VOTE] Release Apache Paimon Python 0.1.1 rc5

Hello Paimon devs,

Kindly request the devs review and vote for releasing Paimon-Python 0.1.1.

to dist.apache.org:

https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/paimon/paimon-python-0.1.1-rc5/

https://downloads.apache.org/paimon/KEYS

Git branch for the release:

https://github.com/apache/paimon-python/tree/release-0.1.1-rc5

Please download, verify, and test.

The VOTE will pass after 3 binding approve.

Thanks Xinbo for your suggestion! I will change the package name.

This RC is cancelled and I will raise RC6 ASAP.

Hi Zelin,

I personally feel that the name 'Paimon-python' is not very Pythonic.
Similar to PySpark, PyArrow, and PyFlink, naming it 'PyPaimon' might be
more Pythonic.

Best,
Xingbo
