Add a {{ApplicationHistoryProvider}} provider for enumerating and viewing application histories from the YARN timeline server.

As the provider will only run in a YARN cluster, it can take advantage of the Yarn Client API to identify those applications which have terminated without explicitly declaring this in their event histories.
