Enterprise support agreement

To one and all-
   Starting to think about using Jetspeed-2 at my company, but we would need
to support an enterprise support contract.  Management is not comfortable
with having us support it all on our own.  What are the options available
out there other than this mailing list?  I think Jetspeed maybe the right
choice from a development perspective, but I'd like to make sure that it is
from a management perspective.
