Hi

this issue follows PODLINGNAMESEARCH-53


Since fleece (incubator project) could have lead to some legal issues we decided to rename it johnzon.

Can you rename what was done in INFRA-7880 please?
- git
- jira
- irc channel (apache-fleece)
- nexus permissions
- mailing lists

This is the umbrella ticket, I'll create subtask for each
