mass checks contributions

Hey guys,

Since we still have problems to reach the threshold for the rules
generation, I’d like to know if #6694 still blocks new contributions (see
wiki->NightlyMassCheck).
If not, I could participate with around two thousand spam and several
hundred ham mails each day. Don’t know if that helps pretty much but it’s at
least better than doing nothing ;-)
