Each user can move the avatar, but it is not so convenient (Better way is: if only one participant had to move the avatar from covering the part of the whiteboard and not each one individual) and if next participant turn on microphone his avatar is displayed on this same place and again all participants must individual move his avatar. In my opinion, moderator or administrator should have two options:
