idea: just came from O'Reilly Press' First Ever Annual Perl Conference.
They had a number of useful sections on using perl with the Web (e.g.,
cgi programming, integrating perl w/ apache, web site management).  You
might want to see if anyone w/in apache.org would be interested in showing
up at the second ever APC to give pointers on using apache w/ mod_perl
or whatever...
