Nightly Build Broken

The nightly build is currently broken due to dependencies of the mailer
and datetime taglibs on the request taglib. I updated the builds for
these to fix this dependency but can not commit the changes due to the
switchover to SVN.

Is use of SVN using SSH disabled? I can't get this to work.
