Hello,
when using remoteTofile and todir attribute together, I get the following
exception:
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1
It is stated in the manual that the remoteTofile attribute is an alternative to
todir, but I think it should be handled by Ant if the user specifies both
attributes.

I agree a better error message is needed. To cause the attributes to function
in concert would require more effort than I am prepared to give this (unfamiliar
to me) task, but I can certainly improve the user experience by detecting
illegal attribute combinations in this task.

I thought that I had to specify the remotedir with "todir" and the name I
wanted my original filename converted to (e.g. test.html -> index.html) with
"remoteTofile".
It�s ok the way it is, but instead of throwing an meaningless exception it
would be better to give an accurate error message.
