Update Crunch Team List
Since I'm going to be relearning SVN to add David to the Apache Crunch team
page[1] are there any other updates (e.g. organization changes) that people
would like me to make at the same time?

Thanks. Mostly wanted to give people opportunity to speak up if they
wanted it changed and to claim "independent" if they didn't want an
association. I'll get these updated shortly.

Site is now updated with the exception of removing Chao. Asked if he
wanted to officially retire or just have me remove from list. I'll do that

I'm working at Alibaba since one year ago. My working area is changed from
computing to storage. As you may noticed, I've been not active in this
project for a long time. I'd like to remove me from that page or move me to
an retire section.
