   @xuanyuanaosheng I'm not able to reproduce in a fresh env, please make sure the es-init deployment is `completed` correctly, if you have installed ElasticSearch with TLS, make sure to mount the certificates in the OAP deployment and set the necessary environment variables in Helm install command.
