Handle Error

hello, it's me again. 
I a very poor newbie with cocoon.
I'm trying since today 8am to produce a good error page 404 when a document not found by cocoon. So i'm using handle error. But it doesn't work with me. I  tried to find information which can help me and i found nothing. :( If anyone can help me ?
