	Is there a date where apache 1.x will be end-of-lifed?

No.  Apache 1.3 will be around until people stop being interested in
releasing fixes for it.  At the present there seems to be plenty of
developers willing to do security and important bug fixes for 1.3, but few
willing to do any feature development.
