After further research, I think it's because the measure SELLER_CNT_HLL is
set to hll(10) (Error Rate < 9.75%). Please validate my finding. Thank you.

You're right Charles, the HLL result is approximate; If you want to get
accurate result, the "bitmap" count distinct measure can fulfill.
