[I] Investigate Windows BindException occurrences on netty and syslog tests [camel-quarkus]

   ### Bug description
   
   It seems to happen sporadically on GitHub CI for UDP ports.
   
   Speculatively, I wonder if `AvailablePortFinder` should also handle `DatagramSocket` in addition to `ServerSocket`. Maybe it thinks ports are free because it's only checking TCP?
