[jira] Created: (QPID-532) Need a way of declaring and binding a queue without creating a consumer

Need a way of declaring and binding a queue without creating a consumer
------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: QPID-532
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-532
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Java Client
    Affects Versions: M2
            Reporter: Arnaud Simon

For writing examples that are consistent between implementations we need a way of declaring and biding a queue. I suggest that we add such a method to the AMQSession class.
