Synapse.bat problem

Something seems to be up with the assembly build that causes the the
synapse.bat file thats included in the bin distro to have its contents
duplicated. Looking in the bat file the top looks fine and then after
:mainEnd everything gets repeated again, and this gives errors when running
the script. I do have some local changes but I don't think they're related
so does anyone else see this problem?

Thats not quite accurate, its the sample server axis2server.bat file that
has the problem and its just as the contents *is* duplicated. Looks like
something went wrong in r521234, maybe a patch that didn't apply correctly,
and the file contents got duplicated at the end.
