in rev. 1401331 i added an interface BlobFactory to the oak-api and replaced ContentSession#createBlob by
Root#getBlobFactory. the latter is implemented as anonymous inner class in RootImpl and checks for the
Root being still alive... the method in the interface is marked with a TODO as i think we should clarify
what happens to the factory and the blobs if the contentsession gets closed...
